Wellness Advocate Linking Communities (WALC) Program

Works to assist people with the health insurance and health education, understanding their medication, medical and non-medical transportation, food security, advocacy to health care providers, and overall wrap-around supports to those who are disconnected or have been disconnected from health care services and providers.
